ClearRoute Logistics collects information submitted through website forms, including contact details, requested service, junk removal or moving help date, locations, truck status when relevant, item details, access notes, uploaded quote photos, and customer questions.

This information is used to respond to inquiries, review job fit, prepare estimate conversations, coordinate scheduling details, and improve follow-up. ClearRoute does not sell submitted lead information.

Form submissions may be stored in Supabase and sent to the site administrator through Resend email notifications after environment variables are configured. Quote photos are intended to be stored in a private storage bucket and used only to review the requested job.

Uploaded photos should show only the items or spaces related to the job. Do not upload photos containing payment cards, government IDs, private documents, children, medical information, or anything unrelated to the service request.

Do not submit payment information, identification documents, or other sensitive records through the website forms.

Customers may request deletion of submitted lead information by contacting ClearRoute through the contact page. Some records may be retained when needed for legitimate business, tax, dispute, safety, or legal reasons.
